Have you ever made it to the point where you were tired of saying you are tired? That is me and I made a decision. My new response is blessed and highly favored. That has become the mantra for all those who ask me how I am doing. Favor is blessing and as I look around everyday, I see blessings.
My children simply wear me out for attention and juice of course. So, when I get my fill of questions and requests, I started thanking God for my little blessings. The house would be way too quiet with just me and my husband. You see, we are both quiet and our children are the exact opposite. God gave us just what we needed and they have taught us so much about prayer and love.
In the midst of a work crisis I can always call home and ask my daughter how her day was and she will tell me everything was wonderful and ask about my day. She proceeds to tell me not to worry about work and that I just need to take a deep breathe. Simple but true.

Thought of the Day: Phases
Most meaningful progress comes in stages or phases. It takes great faith to endure the phases that don’t seem to be as comfortable or as rewarding as the ultimate destinations. Oddly enough, I have come to realize that the destination is not the place where growth is attained, and learning is a process, not a product. We learn everything from planning to be patient in between destinations.
